All the Fall tournaments will be 4 games guaranteed with no bracket play. Each team will play 2 games each day; the cost is the same as a 3 game guarantee.

This event will be played at the University of Carthage Augie Schmidt Turfed Baseball Field and surrounding high school turfed baseball fields.

There is also a gate fee of $7.00 for Adults and $5.00 for Senior Citizens and children under 15 years old.

We provide all umpires, baseballs, and awards for our tournaments.

All schedules will be posted by Tuesday night or Wednesday morning the week of your tournament.

If you have any special requests, please let us know two weeks prior to your tournament.

The following is our refund policy based on canceling an event for any reason:

Zero Games Played: A full credit towards another tournament of the same value.

If there are no tournaments for your age group for the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be

issued.

1 Game Played: $300.00 credit toward a future tournament.

If there are no tournaments for your age group for the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be

issued.

2 Games Played: No Refunds.

Withdrawal of an Event: Any withdrawal 14 days prior to the first day of the event =$300.00 credit toward a future

tournament

Any withdrawal 7 days prior to the first day of the event = no refunds
