The NIU Showcase is a 3-game-guaranteed tournament held at beautiful Northern Illinois University's new synthetic turf infield, Judson University Turf infield, and Kishwaukee College. We provide all umpires, baseballs, and awards for our tournaments. If you have any special requests, please let us know two weeks prior to your tournament. The following is our refund policy based on canceling an event for any reason: Zero Games Played: A full credit towards another tournament of the same value. If there are no tournaments for your age group for the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be issued. 1 Game Played: $300.00 credit toward a future tournament. If there are no tournaments for your age group for the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be issued. 2 Games Played: No Refunds. Withdrawal of an Event: Any withdrawal 14 days prior to the first day of the event =$300.00 credit toward a future tournament Any withdrawal 7 days prior to the first day of the event = no refunds
