On Tuesday night the Maquoketa Valley FFA chapter hosted the North East Sub-district LDE contest. An LDE in the FFA is a Leadership Development Event, which consists of speaking events from meetings, sales, interview, broadcasting, extemporaneous, and preparation. 26 students participated in an assortment of contests and 15 of them have solidified a spot in the District contest.
