Brady Knoop shot a 37 and Dylan Countryman added a 39, as West Branch fought high 40s temperatures and high 20 mph winds to defeat Durant 160-191.
Fresh off a medalist performance in his last tournament, Knoop kept the hot hand. One birdie and six pars helped guide the third year golfer.
Sophomore Will Bridges continued his strong play with a 41. Also scoring were Kaleb Sexton (43), Gage Gingerich (44). and Logan Highly (45).
The Bears travel to Kalona tomorrow for the Golden Hawk Invite.
