West Branch traveled to Kalona for an RVC Dual Meet on April 5.
The Bears defeated the Golden Hawks, 165-191.
Sophomore Will Bridges continued his strong play, as he took home medalist honors with a 38; a follow up to his runner up medal performance in his first varsity meet.
"Kalona is a tough course." said Bears head coach Randy Sexton. "Any time you can shoot in the 160s or below here, you feel pretty good."
West Branch will travel to Solon on Friday for an 18 hole event.
